Review of Lawrence of Arabia (1962) by Erik D — 11 Aug 2015
Saw this film for the first time tonight and I can definitely say it lived up to every positive review I've ever read for it. The cinematography was incredible. Every shot was breathtaking and beautiful.
Peter O'Toole was absolute perfection as T.E. Lawrence. He perfectly captured the quirkiness of Lawrence and you could feel the horror alongside him as the Arab Revolt, and his own personal war was waged.
The movie sure was long but it was absolutely worth the watch. I can now join the ranks of reviewers who call this one of the best films ever made.
