F. Gary Gray, el director de la divertidisima "Friday" y del mediocre re-make de "The Italian Job" nos trae una historia llena de inconsistencias argumentales acerca de un hombre que busca desquitarse del sistema judicial que impidio que la muerte de su esposa e hija tuvieran un justo castigo.
Las actuaciones son casi inexistentes, el espectador no llega a sentir tension y la crueldad se vuelve gratuita. Y no hablemos del final hecho en Hollywood que evita cualquier controversia en este mediocre re-make no oficial de "Death Wish".
