They can't decide if their making a John Grisham-style thriller or a terrible episode of Law & Order. It's nice of the idea of taking down the justice system, but that's already attempted in The Dark Knight which had better execution.
In fact Gerard Butler is underwhelming playing a stock character. The other characters look like they got lost on their way to a legal drama TV show, including Jamie Foxx who starred in it for a paycheck.
This has a lot of inaccuracies from how the federal law in the state of Philadelphia to numerous plot holes that can be mapped on a whiteboard.
