There are parts that are good but overall I wasn't too impressed. Some shots proved to be really beautiful and extremely controlled which I appreciate..but the neorealism is a bit too boring for me here.
..though, Monica Vitti is a looker and that really helped. In addition there are some steamy scenes that were quite gutsy (especially for the early sixties I'm guessing), but other than that, I'd skip this one.
