Review:

I couldn't believe when I saw the cast of this film, but after watching it, the director wasted the chance to make a all time classic. The storyline is weak and the script wasn't that funny and I'm surprised after all of the movies that these actors have turned down, they actually agreed to finally come together with these weak material. These 4 veteran actors didn't become famous from making comedies, which is why this genre really bring out the best of them. Don't get me wrong, I do know that they are all coming of age and there not as hungry as they were at the beginning of there careers, but when you hear that you have such a terrific cast, you really need to pull out something original and memorable. Anyway, the chemistry between the Kline, DeNiro, Douglas & Foreman was brilliant but the movie just isn't amusing. Disappointing!

Round-Up:

After watching these actors so much over the years, I wouldn't say that there best work is when they are making comedies. You have DeNiro who exploded on screen in The Raging Bull and the Godfather and Michael Douglas in Wall Street & Falling Down which were all time classics. Then you've got Morgan Freeman who has one of the most unique voices in cinema and who smashed his performances in movies like Seven & The Shawshank Redemption, which everyone will never be forgotten. Then you have Kevin Kline who is the least famous of the bunch and is known for his work in comedy, but he became famous from movies like Cry Freedom and Silverado which are also movie classics. I know that a lot of actors have turned to making comedies in the latter part of there careers so I can understand why the cast had chosen to stick with something light, but from an audiences point of view, this chance may never become available again so they should have made something that would have gone down in history.

Budget: $28million.

Worldwide Gross: $135million.

I recommend this movie to people who are into there comedies about 4 lifelong friends coming together for a bachelor weekender in Vegas. 4/10.
