Review of Last Train Home (2009) by Jillian B — 26 Jul 2010
It's unbelievable what these migrant workers have to go through every year to get home on the train. Not only that but the conditions they work and live in, and how their health suffers. And when they do get home, after nearly being crushed on a train, they have to face their angry rebellious children who think they don't love them.
Beautiful, haunting and Sad, wonderfully shot. Empathic and emotional, a great little movie.
