Like Klute, this is another arty farty 70's cult movie. Alot of the story seems to stand still and drag on in an attempt to show off the actors, but bored me as an audience member. Brando's acting is very good, and here he plays another raving woman-beating bastard.
Some moments are just wrong! Like when he gets the girl to.... urgh, I cant say it. not worth sacrificing your afternoon for, but it does have a very good end scene.
