Review of Last Tango in Paris (1972) by Ania O — 23 Jul 2007
A thought-provoking and a very moving film. All shades of a relationship from distant flirtation through fascination, crossing the line between self and the other, to hate, resentment and fear are there and sex is just another form of showing all/any of the above.
Brilliant. Brando's performance is breathtaking.
