I love Bertolucci...if you aren't at least aquainted with his catalog, you are really missing out. Brando's greatest scene is right here, along with the most complex character he has ever played.
And yeah, there is anal sex that utilizes butter as a lubricant. Great portrayal of desperation and self-torment. Hats off.
