They said this movie was so explicit it was banned from a variety of places, too risque for 1973. Hmmm, just out of the 60s and it was too risque, I'm thinking - sweet! But in actuality I don't think it was so much about the sex as the nature of power and sexuality, and search for meaning in another human.
Should be required viewing for anyone considering entering a midlife crisis.
