Review of Last Ounce of Courage (2012) by Ric S — 19 Sep 2012
I almost passed on this movie because of the negative reviews on this and other sites. I am glad that I took a chance and went to see it for myself. This movie is not a "rotten" movie by any means. Although it is not the greatest movie ever, it delivers a powerful and true message about how attitudes in this country have changed, and not for the better.
Many people are so concerned with being "politically correct" that they, without even realizing it, turn into media induced zombies who's only purpose is to make others lives as miserable as their own, simply because some brain dead hall monitor types believe no one should ever care about anything anymore....just because they themselves dont.
Some of the greatest memories of my school years simply are not allowed in schools any more just because some douchebag might be offended. Grow some balls, dammit....offending douchebags is fun, just try it and you will begin to understand that life is too short and for many-our fuses are too long.
