It Could be worse. The Muscle looks great, the action is bad, like early 70s bad C-movie bad. Like Saturday Night Live Parody bad, or prepubescent talent show bad for a Wes Anderson Movie. And the dialogue is a useless verbatim of kitschy trope cool tough guy.
