Steve Carell and Bryan Cranston are at their best in this dull, depressing drama. I almost fell asleep. When I walked out of the theater, I felt depressed. Last Flag Flying gave me lots of life regrets.
The concept is great, but it was made poorly. I get how people think it is making a stand, though. To me, the film tried doing it and it just couldn't work. It really is a shame that the acting is caught in such boredom.
