Review of Last Days (2014) by Will S — 10 Feb 2009
One day Courtney Love may auction off the film rights to Kurt Cobain's life. And one thing is for sure: that film will NOT have a scene in which Kurt crawls around on the floor in a heroin-induced daze wearing a dress while Boyz II Men's "On Bended Knee" blasts in the background.
Last Days, however, does, and that may be the film's genius. Or failure. I can't figure out which. I'm leaning towards genius.
This is a great murder mystery movie.
