It kinda reminds me of The Replacements video "Bastards of Young" where nothing happens but it's somehow the most compelling thing you ever seen. However, sometimes it's too boring for it's own good and Van Sant's attempt to play with an elliptical timeline fails miserably.
At least it's better than Paranoid Park.
