I found this movie charming to say the least. It's a sweet, quiet, love story about two lonely people that happen to find each other. I can see why both Emma Thompson and Dustin Hoffman won Golden Globe awards for their performances in this film.
If you are looking for "shoot'em up" action -- this movie is not for you....but if you like a charming, quiet story....I think you will enjoy this one.
