2: Pretty standard Arnold action film, but it doesn't really have many memorable one-liners or scenes. It's a novel concept, but that's where the novelty of the film ends. If the kids performance were a bit more compelling and/or the supporting cast a bit better it could work quite well.

I think the real issue is that it takes itself a bit too seriously, or at least it doesn't go over the top enough. If it attempted to set more of a comedic mood I think it would work much better. As it is, the action is nothing is nothing to write home about.
