Yes it doesn't quite work and there are far to many ideas from far to many writers pulling in to many directions. One minute its a knock about spoof the next theres some tame but cutting violence. Schwarzenegger is clearly having a ball playing up his own image but has also been caught up in his own star power.

Theres a great film struggling to get out from underneath the half thought out ideas which is a shame as it had so much potential, instead we get an okay film thats developed quite a strong following.
