Review of Lars and the Real Girl (2007) by Kris L — 06 May 2011
Brilliantly acted and written. It deals gracefully with the heavy themes of isolation and confusion in modern manhood, and the beauty and kindness that exists inside little churches and communities all across the country.
Not at all what the title and promos made it sound like. One of my favorites in a long long time.
