Review of Lars and the Real Girl (2007) by Renee C — 15 Nov 2011
I enjoyed this film. The acting was sweet, entertaining, and true. Spoiler information-the whole town going along with the delusion was weird in my opinion but not out of the realm of what could really happen in a small town.
Gosling did a stand up job, I enjoyed his interpretation of a man facing up the adult realizations and trying to move forward into a more constructive, present reality. The supporting cast was fine as well.
I would recommend this one.
