Review of Lars and the Real Girl (2007) by Jonathan F — 04 Dec 2012
One of the most original films I've seen for a very long time. Ryan Gosling is absolutely wonderful in the title role but that's not to detract from the rest of the cast who all do a fantastic job.
The really beautiful irony underlying in this film is that by not relating to a real person, Lars actually relates to more people than he ever has before, I cannot praise this film highly enough.
