A charming, cute Rom Com co-written, directed, produced & starring Tom Hanks as a middle aged man suddenly faced with the prospect of redundancy & life on the scrap heap. He takes his destiny on his own hands & enrols in college as not to face the same future again.
With the help of a younger class-mate he changes his look & lifestyle while falling for his teacher, played by Julia Roberts, who is flawless yet again. It's not your run of the mill Rom Com where both protagonists are best mates, fall in love then fall out etc which was a refreshing change.
It's not everyone's cup of tea as the humour is quite dry & witty.
