While 2001's Tomb Riader got away with being an accidental success (and one of the few decent videogame movies in my opinion) it's sequel hasn't aged so well. Cradle if life comes across as a studio cash grab with an assortment of cookie cutter characters, a weak muguffin filled plot and god awful fight choreography/action scenes. This is a real lackluster effort in film making quality terms. Money pours from the seams of this expensive rush job where I feel the character deserved a better outing. Overall I get the feeling everyone involved in the project put their heart into it but the studio pushed it out to make a quick buck while the memory of the first was strong in the audiences mind.
