Review of Lantana (2001) by Brendan P — 29 Aug 2008

I watched this film for my Year 12 English class and thought it was rather impressive, considering that its an Australian production. The strong cast is backed by a solid plot and multiple story arcs which really make it an interesting film to watch.

Its a classic Whodunnit thriller with a few twists here and there, but it also stays true to its roots by portraying the flaws that we tend to see on a daily basis, thereby allowing us to relate to it on a more personal level.

Enjoyable stuff and a great movie to recommend to anyone.
