This movie was funny to watch and madly exaggerated. I love almost all Will Ferrell movies and this movie was nothing like the other traditional movies of his.
Ferrell is Dr. Marshall who together with 2 other associates travels into a space/time vortex. They end up in a strange universe and meet a primate who becomes their only friend in this world filled with strange beings. The adventure begins and they try to get back to their own familiar universe alive and well so that they can share these extraordinaries with the world and become famous.
Will Ferrell is awesome and this movie is psychedelic in every way. It doesn't make much sense but I think that's the feature that makes a good comedy.
