I thought this movie had a couple of things going for it - primarily good performers, but the filmmaking is stale. It is boring, it is gore for the sake of gore, etc. I just didn't like it. George A.
Romero made the first great zombie movie in "Dawn of the Dead" (1978), but "Land of the Dead" doesn't seem like it was made by the same director.
