Another Sci-Fi original crapfest. Let me set this up for you. In the first movie, a giant alligator/crocodile/whatever kills some people.
Now we have the sequel, in which a new sheriff who dismisses any complaints, incidents, and crimes reported to him as being due to pot use. And when he's presented with evidence (the severed limbs) his first thought is "It was a bear". Yeah, that's right. One of those elusive underwater bears.
