Review of Lake Placid 2 (2007) by Carnage . — 01 Feb 2008

This is so fucking stupid... First off, we got NO SWEARING, but plenty of tits... Let's substitute everyday curse words with words like "turd" and "doofus"... We got an Unrated movie with no swearing, deaths we don't see (mostly), a fake looking crocodile, but almost as much nudity as Hostel??.

.. Whoever wrote this movie is a fucking idiot, as well as whoever chose the cast for this movie... Basically it's full of terrible acting. Terrible lines to exaggerate the already terrible acting.

Deaths we really don't get to see except for a couple, out of plenty of could-have-been-should-have-been-good deaths. The beginning made me think this would be cool since that death was pretty cool, mind you the acting was shit from the start.

A Sheriff who shrugs off the deaths of his Deputies, when chances are a REAL Sheriff would feel bad, not only that he couldn't help them, but that they would MOST LIKELY have a family... (Let's not forget, this is hick-ville and EVERYONE has another cousin to turn to.

..) But as a Sheriff, you feel a responsibility for those you are in command of. I think they tried TOO HARD to get the playful and funny goofiness that the first one had, instead they just made you roll your eyes at how fuckin' stupid it all is.

I mean come on, the kid sees the girl looking at him while his daddy talks to her, and he crouches down to hide behind what? Just close your eyes man! After all, if you can't see her, she can't see you!!! Come on.

.. I rate this movie "S.H.I.T."... which happens to stand for Should Have Ignored This! Which is what I REALLY REALLY suggest you do!!!
