This is an American romantic comedy released in the United Kingdom as Say When, and directed by Lynn Shelton. The director have explained that choosing the title "Laggies" was a complex decision because she had never heard of the term laggies before making the film. Screenwriter Andrea Seigel insisted it was a common term for adult slackers, but Shelton soon realized that no one except Seigel had heard of laggies before. The movie had solid directing and a little bit shaky written screenplay. The film stars Chloƫ Grace Moretz, Keira Knightley, Sam Rockwell, Kaitlyn Dever, Jeff Garlin, Ellie Kemper, Mark Webber, and Daniel Zovatto. They really didn't have any special performances and those average roles were executed standardly well, with no excitement or anything to be remembered.

Story is told around Megan (Keira Knightley), who is an aimless twenty-something. She is in a committed relationship with her high school sweetheart and is still close with her high school friends. The problem appears when, at her friend Allison's (Ellie Kemper) wedding, her boyfriend unexpectedly proposes marriage. At the same time she sees her father cheating on her mother, and shocked and confused, she leaves the wedding. Trying to buy some snacks on the way home, she meets a teenager Annika (Chloƫ Grace Moretz) and her friends. After buying them alcohol, Megan plays with their skateboard, and joins them on their night out...

A film for DVD, you will notice good directing and Keira Knightley good performance. Everything else is unnoticeable.
