Review of Ladyhawke (1985) by Christina L B — 18 Feb 2009
An adventurous love story with great potential unduly robbed by an unfortunate eighties musical score, ill fitted cast and deprivation of any gut wrenching action. Even the final face off is anti-climactic and painstakingly drawn out.
If nothing else, this movie begs for mocking when Pfeiffer wears a red cloak and hood opposite to the black wolf, Navarre. Who thought that was a good idea?
