Yes this movie has cheesy 80's synthesized music. And yes it has minimal special effects. But it also has a unique story filled with action, adventure, drama, and humor.
Ladyhawk has always been a favorite of mine. It is an example of what a great cast can accomplish without all of the CGI that others in the genre rely on.
If you are looking for a lighthearted tale, this movie will certainly entertain you.
