Review of Lady Vengeance (2005) by Jamie J — 30 Jul 2008
By far the best of the revenge trilogy by chan-wook Park, this movie effectively uses the medium of violence to communicate some beautifully raw humanity. Cinematography for this "finale" seems a bit more inspired though Park's style is still decidedly beautiful.
'Old Boy' is also worth a look if you enjoy this.
