This is a story of a woman seeking redemption for her part in a kidnapping which resulted in a young boy being murdered by her male partner who then betrayed her. For 13 years she's been planning the ultimate revenge and now after being released from prison the plan takes effect.
This is such an amazing movie and the last in the trilogy by Park Chan-wook after Sympathy For Mr Vengeance and Oldboy. It's got a beautiful haunting soundtrack attached to it. I thought the movie was provocative and moving.
Two thumbs up.
