Review of Lady Vengeance (2005) by Vivek S — 15 Apr 2012

Calling it just another Revenge film would be a great insult to such a wonderful movie. Although at start it may look like it's inspired by Oldboy (another of Chan Wook park's work which is a brilliant film, almost perfect) a little, it's a completely different film. It's as Beautiful as it's brutal, with a few touchy moments and as usual in his movies, unpredictable. Another genius work by Chan wook Park, reminded me just how amazing South Korean cinema is.

And now having watched the whole Trilogy, this Lady vengeance is probably my favorite one of the lot.
