Review of Lady Vengeance (2005) by Chris S — 04 Jul 2008
I definitely love this film more than Oldboy. This film has a weird sense of justice. The scenes, where the parents avenge their children, are disturbing and painful to watch. The last scene when the protagonist once again receives a white tofu cake to wash away her sins is a great way to end the film as it suddenly snows as if her sins are slowly being removed and cleansed.
