Review of Lady Vengeance (2005) by Casey B — 09 Jul 2009
Not a masterpiece like Park's Oldboy, but still really good. It is right there next to its brother film Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance in quality, if a bit more stylish. I know if they remake this they are going to tone down much of the subject matter.
This is a lovely, violent, and odd film that deserves to be watched if you tend to stray from the norm.
