Review of Lady Bird (2017) by Victoria S — 11 Jan 2018
This became an instant favorite. While this has a few thematic similarities to other coming of age movies, it feels wildly fresh. It's poignant, high spirited, and I personally related to it a lot.
It also paints a picture of a mother-daughter relationship that I think most young women can relate to. I can't say enough good things about this movie. I wish I could've lived in the film for a little while longer.
