Review of Lady Bird (2017) by Thedaywalker — 13 Jan 2018
It's an interesting story, but going to this I really expected much more. It's not as original as it seems, with Saoirse Ronan just really acting like a teenager, but there are funny moments and good twists that really bring the character together and you see that it helps her grow.
Laurie Metcalfe was really outstanding, her performance is so raw and convincing that I saw myself in her shoes started feeling what she was feeling.
