Review of Lady Bird (2017) by Samantha S — 21 Feb 2018
Saoirse Ronan is a goddess in this. She really played the part phenomenally. As a coming of age teen bound for college in a year, this resonated with me. It was funny and heartwarming, and I really enjoyed it.
The only critique I have is that I didn't understand some of the humor from years ago, and not all of it made sense to me. I guess the director had to appeal to the older audiences, but it left me a little bored at some parts.
The overall movie was great though, and I recommend going to see it.
