Oh the old ladies have a crush on a handsome stranger washed up on the shore......they took care and fed him well. Quite a charming and moving story filled with very lovely performances from Dench and Smith.
Dench had more emotional stuff to work with. I couldn't help thinking how much Daniel Bruiel resembled Jake Gyllenhaal.
