Review of Ladies in Lavender (2004) by Karen S — 15 Sep 2007
Another film which makes you roar with laughter one moment and reach for the Kleenex the next. Dame Judy, who played the part of the unrequited sister so astonishingly well that you could feel her pain like it was your own, and Daniel Brühl (who I seem to have developed an unhealthy obsession for) turned what was a competent yet simple script into must see.
Don't die without seeing this film. You'll only regret it.
