Review of Labyrinth (2003) by Evan D — 16 Oct 2011
Jim Henson second darker puppet movie from the 80s, I guess it proves that his awesome advancements in movie puppetry were much more than just the Muppets. The visuals and characters make this unique, but its plot borrows a lot from Alice in Wonderland, The Wizard of Oz and many a fantasy film.
Its visuals and puppets make it stand out on its own though. Bowie looks and acts creepy, which is okay for a villain, but his songs are GOD AWFUL.
