Is it too cliche to say the book is better? It definitely is! The movie is ok but I didn't like how things were put together to portray what all takes place. I could have gone without the whole intermixed, flashback scene, it should have been told more by Frank as it seemed to have been done in the book.
The way it was done just didn't do it justice. Also they cut out my favorite part, or glossed over it. The whole story Henry tells about how he learned to make the pies that he became known for. They got the overall concepts in but it just wasn't the same .
