There are quite a number of reviews slating this film which I don't really understand. To be honest, it's not a film I expected to like so was really surprised when it turned out to be so good.

It is a love story but it's not a slushy over sentimental story. It's a story of loss and circumstance told through the eyes of a teenage boy who finds a new man in his family life who maybe their saviour or he could be their downfall.

What I enjoyed most was how tense it was near the end of the film. Well worth seeing.
