Review of La Vie en Rose (2007) by Vivek R — 14 Feb 2010
Just as the film is a biopic about Edith Piaf, the acting is all about Marion Cotillard. She can express practically the entire gamut of emotions with her eyes alone. The movie moves back and forth at different moments in her life and at times it is hard to tell which period in time and in her life is addressing.
Worth watching for Cotillard alone, even throughout the subtitles (if you need them).
