Review of La Orca (1976) by Dillon L — 26 May 2015
Guy Ritchie's Snatch is a great movie that shows that he's not a one hit wonder. The characters are just as memorable as his debut movie, and Guy Ritchie still got the Quentin Tarantino snappy dialogue that has a lot of dark humor moments.
The acting is great with highlights from Jason Statham, Vinnie Jones, Brad Pitt, Dennis Farina, and the dog who also gave some funny moments which makes it more funny with the situations that the dog had to go through.
The plot is a bit out there and kind of feels like it's getting nowhere at times. It has a lot of style, more than his film debut which some people would think it's style over substance. Snatch may feel similar to Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels, but it still has the same entertaining value and great writing.
