Review of La Notte (1961) by Deering R — 20 Jan 2008
I actually wanted this film to move more slowly so that I could savour it visually. I'm also blown away at how Jeanne Moreau is able to tell you an entire life story with body language and facial expressions.
The film is much better than the first in the series 'L'avventura'. I can see why it was one of Kubrick's favorite films.
