Great underrated movie, meaning underrated in popularity. This movie features plenty of decorated Hollywood royalty. A few things that I did not like about this film was the mention of Micky Cohen and then not really using his character.
I did like Kim's role in the film but it was not Oscar worthy, Driver should of won for Good Will Hunting or even Moore for Boogie Nights but anyway the film is great. I would rank LA as one of the top ten films of the 90s.
Crowe, Spacey, & Cromwell, & Pearce all got snubbed for nominations that year by the way.
