Weirdly, out of all the performances, Kim Basingers was easily the most forgettable, and yet she won an Academy award for it. Most have been a terrible year for supporting actress performances.
And her character is probably my biggest flaw with the film. So bland. And yet we are supposed to see her appeal as to why the characters want her. OTHERWISE. I very good noir movie.
