When your combining the actors in this movie along with it's sizzling script - the result is nothing short of high octane fun.
Crowe, spacey, Pearce, Cromwell all show the big guns in the field of acting here. Every time one of these characters are on the screen it's mesmerizing. The adaptation proved to be a very worthy installment.
The script has balance gritty cop drama, with murder mystery suspense, all while balancing a love story. The acting choices make this story prove worth the ride. Very intriguing and vice gripping story and performances make this crime story one for the ages.
